This committee is responsible for advising the board on development and management of our “common” areas and facilities. Common areas are those areas shared by the residents of Centre Ridge Regent. The management of the common areas includes maintenance, improvement, and periodic inspections of them to identify those needing repair, etc. Most of the common areas exist within the townhome section of our community, but all residents enjoy their benefits. Some of the major types of open space items are:
· Asphalt and gravel paths throughout our community
· Trees, bushes, shrubs, and open space areas
· Tot lots and tot lot equipment
· Tennis and multi-purpose court
· Storm and neighborhood ponds
· Sidewalks and streets in the townhomes areas of the community
· Overall safety and security of the Centre Ridge Regent community

Our community contains a large amount of common area and with that, many needs for maintenance and repair. The annual budget provides for basic maintenance such as tree removal and planting. The committee reviews and prioritized items and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees. Residents are most often the best source of feedback and information about the common areas.
