The February Architectural Review Board meeting is rescheduled for February 24, 2026 at 7 p.m. 

The community center is closed on February 16, 2026 for President's Day. The workout are will be open from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The single family home streets are plowed by VDOT, They may be reached at 703-383-8368. Residents should shovel sidewalks by their homes.  Townhomes are plowed by Centre Ridge Regent. Please call the community center at 703-968-7505 with any issues. Please help your neighbors and be safe during this storm. 

You may make payments through the website smartstreet.com.

Beginning 1/1/2026 assessments are $235.00 per quarter for single family homes and $315.00 per quarter for townhomes. Please follow the instructions there to make recurring or one time payments. 

Trash pickup is scheduled for Friday, 1/30/26.

Recycling will resume on February 4, 2026.

Trash and Recycling

Yard Waste pick up has ended for the the season and will begin again in the spring.  Please put bare Christmas trees curbside the first two weeks of January for pickup.

Patriot Disposal Services is our current trash and recycling contractor. 

Trash pick up is on  Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is picked up on Wednesdays.

Bulk and Special Item Collection

All residential customers can now begin scheduling bulk and special item collection with the following limitations:

· Advance notice is required for all items by phone at 703-257-7100 or by email at customerservice@patriotdisposalservices.com.

· There will be a nominal charge of $25.00 and up per item for bulk items such as small furniture and mattresses to cover the additional handling.

All trash must be in trash cans or bins in order to be picked up.  Loose bags will not be picked up.

 Glass recycling has also been suspended by Fairfax County until further notice.
