The community center is closed on November 28 and 29, 2024 for the Thanksgiving holiday. 

The November ARB meeting is rescheduled for November 26, 2024 

at 7 p.m.

The workout area is open Monday through Thursday evening from 

6 p.m. to 8 p.m. beginning November 6 in addition to Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

You may make payments through the website smartstreet.com.

Beginning 1/1/2025 assessments are $224.00 per quarter for single family homes and $301.00 per quarter for townhomes. Please follow the instructions there to make recurring or one time payments.

Trash and Recycling

Yard Waste pick up has resumed for Centre Ridge Regent on Saturdays.   Yard debris must be in paper bags, bundled and tied, or in a container marked yard debris.  

Patriot Disposal Services is our current trash and recycling contractor. 

Trash pick up is on  Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling is picked up on Wednesdays.

Bulk and Special Item Collection

All residential customers can now begin scheduling bulk and special item collection with the following limitations:

· Advance notice is required for all items by phone at 703-257-7100 or by email at customerservice@patriotdisposalservices.com.

· There will be a nominal charge of $25.00 and up per item for bulk items such as small furniture and mattresses to cover the additional handling.

All trash must be in trash cans or bins in order to be picked up.  Loose bags will not be picked up.

Glass will no longer be picked up after November 11, 2019.

Recycling that contains glass will be considered contaminated and will not be picked up.

 Glass recycling has also been suspended by Fairfax County until further notice.
