The community center will close on May 22, 2026 at noon and reopen on  May 26, 2026, for the holiday.

You may make payments through the website smartstreet.com.

Beginning 1/1/2026 assessments are $235.00 per quarter for single family homes and $315.00 per quarter for townhomes. Please follow the instructions there to make recurring or one time payments.

Beginning June 2, 2026 Total Waste Resources is our new trash provider. Trash pickup will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling pickup will be on Tuesdays. Yard Debris pickup is on Wednesdays. Trash and Recycling cans will be dropped off and labels on May 29, 30, and 31-if needed. Please be patient while we make this transition.
